Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns

Items must be:

• Unopened and unused
• In original packaging with all tags and labels intact
• In resalable condition

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the following cases where we will cover shipping:

• Item received was not what you ordered
• Item arrived damaged during shipping
• Item has a manufacturing defect

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please visit our Contact Us page and submit a request with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within [5-7 business days]. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
