At GadgetToy, we work with global suppliers to bring you the best prices. This means your order is shipped directly from our partners around the world.

1. Shipping Times

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Estimated Delivery: Due to high demand and international transit, please allow 15 to 30 business days for delivery.

2. Tracking Information Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48–72 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes GadgetToy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Damaged or Lost Items If you received your order damaged, please contact us at gadgettoy.team@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product so we can arrange a replacement.
